I called Upstate Yankee to look at a leaking shower on a Tuesday afternoon, and the owner told me he'd be there the following evening around 6:30. He showed up right on time. After carefully inspecting, he showed me what was wrong and then went through options for repairing. I especially appreciated that he didn't immediately go to the most expensive thing that we could have tried. Awesome experience.
