US Air Conditioning & Heating

Coldest day, woke to no heat! Called US AC & Heat. Chris returned our call right away, kept us up to date on his arrival time. He found our problem and fixed it quickly! Chris was neat (wore booties) and made sure our heat was working efficiently! I highly recommend Chris and US AC & Heat!

After conducting some research, I found US Air Conditioning & Heating. I gave them a call because my outdoor unit was short-cycling and we could not cool the house. Spoke with Alexa who was very friendly and got somebody out ASAP. When David arrived to inspect my unit, he did a thorough check of my condenser/heat pump outside, including voltages and my unit in my attic. David told me that the unit was not showing any codes but it was almost definitely my control board. Not the cheapest job so I was worried if it wasn't the issue, then what. David was excellent and he was right. Very shortly after David's visit, Scott came and rechecked and made the repair. US Air Conditioning Service was highly recommended to me by one of my neighbor's. This was a first time call for a routine checkup of my heating and air-conditioning system. The techs were here 1-1/2 after call. 2 hrs later heat is cranking. Did a great job.
