V & W Supply Co Inc.

I would never recommend anyone buying this company in the showroom side. I'm not familiar with their parts department. We are building a house and went in to look at and price all the fixtures in our home. When the salesperson realized we were not building a million dollar home, we quickly got a different type of service. Or should I say lack of service. It felt like we were a bother to her for even being there. There are several other places that we visited in the Tuscaloosa/Northport area that were friendly and wanted our business.

I have been using V&W for many years and have been pleased with their service and selection. Most of my interaction has been on the supply counter side but have had great treatment on the showroom side as well. They offer quality products and have a very good selection of commercial and residential products.

If you need some minor plumbing supplies like a connector, don’t go to a big box store. Go around back to their parts desk, let them know what you need (or bring in the old part), and they will solve the problem! This is where the pros go, but they will help out the screw-it-up-yourselfer like me. Thanks V&W!

I have never dealt with such a rude employee at a place before. I asked to see some sink faucets and she said, "do you need a sink or a faucet? which is it?" I then asked if she could show me some 3 hole faucets and I pointed to one I liked. She then said, "I count 4." Okay, I can count to 4 too lady but maybe it comes in 3! Geez. I wasn't about to ask about the 4 bathrooms I need remodeled either! I said thanks and she just turned and walked off without saying anything! Drove down the road to another showroom and got all my answers and scheduled a time to order everything!

I had great experience using the showroom. We remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The staff was very knowledgeable and took time to make sure we had the correct sizes, features, etc we needed. Delivery was fast too
