Paul was instrumental in helping us get our roof replaced through our insurance company. He kept us apprised of everything, from showing pictures of our damaged roof to what was happening with the insurance company, and when we were approved. He was very professional, polite, thorough and provided excellent customer service. If you had a question, he could provide you with an answer. He came out to inspect things after the men had finished the roof and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. We are very pleased with their service.

Mark and his team were the epitome of professionalism from day one. He answered all of our questions and provided us with realistic expectations about the process. His team fought for us by going back and forth with our insurance company until they agreed to cover all of the work that needed to be done. We ended up with a beautiful new roof, stunning siding and new gutters. His team of contractors were professional and meticulous. Mark made sure to supervise the work from time to time to ensure that it was done right and timely. We will forever be grateful for getting connected with Valley Ridge.

I contacted VRR after noticing several shingles missing from my roof. Paul from VRR came out the next day to inspect the damage. He identified several damaged areas, and said he would work with my insurance company to see if a claim would be approved. He worked directly with them, met the insurance claims adjuster and physically walked the entire roof with him. It took about 2 weeks for the insurance adjuster to review and approve the claim, and my roof was completely replaced within the following week. I am very pleased with my experience with VRR.

Valley Ridge replaced our ~18 year old roof and worked with our insurance to cover it all. Their team (Inspector, PM, onsite managers, and roofers) was professional, fast, and explained all steps to my wife and I. A previous inspection trip didn't yield a new roof so Valley Ridge earned our business starting with the inspection. Home looks like new and the new tile will hold up better than the original roofing.

The entire process was very smooth thanks to Paul who was apart of the entire process from roof inspection to clean up on the last day. He explained the process very well and made sure we had everything we needed. The crew was super respectful and fast. I would use them again when it comes time for a new roof.
