I always receive excellent service with Vaughn Oil. Not only with oil deliveries, but especially when needing repair service. Technician Zachary arrived to address my recent call for burner service. He was knowledgeable, very pleasant and in my opinion gave top notch service. Vaughn Oil is fortunate to have Zachary represent the company. I've been a customer with Vaughn for 15 years. If you're looking for a customer service oriented company, you can't go wrong with Vaughn! RECENT UPDATE 02/2026- I had the need to request service again as one of my four zones was not providing heat. Chris was the technician who arrived. He couldn't have been nice or more pleasant. I’m very pleased with Vaughn. With automatic delivery I never worry about running out of oil. Their prices are fair, pretty middle of the road from my research and their prices for contracts are very fair. They’re pleasant to deal with and deliver oil all over the state from what I can tell.

Driver drove off driveway onto 'soft lawn, leaving long and deep ruts in pedestrian area. 2 weeks and still waiting for repairs. December 17 update... Thank you for addressing yard damage. Repairs were completed to good condition. Personal were curtious and professional. It is appreciated that a company's ethics are responsible. I will continue to do business with Vaughn Oil.

We have been with Vaughn Oil for years and have never been disappointed. Always there for us. When we need service they're there fast and get it done right the first time. We appreciate the fact that when we call we get to talk to an actual person, not a machine!

The service from Vaughn is really excellent. I've used a couple other services in the area before, but if you want expertise, Vaughn is the best. I am so happy I have a service contract, it has saved me time, money and peace of mind.
