All talk, no follow through. Not desirable from a contractor when you need something done. Nice enough but unprofessional on very basic communication standards. Requested a quote to repair a window egress well. Initial responsiveness was good but quickly turned into me having to reach out EVERY SINGLE TIME to understand where we were at in the process. 3x weeks later...still no quote and completely unresponsive to texts & calls. Nothing but excuses on why it wasn't done and no timelines given on when I could expect an answer.
Fantastic experience with this contractor! My wife and I have spent near 10k with him and he has done a home run job each and EVERY TIME!!!
Very reliable , professional and quality work .
