Vinx Pest Control - Greenville

Beware of this company. They will charge you $90 a month for 1 of their packages , but will not come out in service your house during the winter. It's like you're paying $90 a month to hold a spot for when it warms up. And then they will not call or let you know when your service date is. They're more than happy to take your money, but don't seem to want to perform the service that you're paying for. They will be canceled as soon as my contract is up. And I will not ever recommend them to anybody for any reason. I would have canceled this service months ago if I wasn't in a contract. Alfredo has been servicing our house for almost a year now. He is extremely thorough & knowledgeable! It’s always a pleasant experience with him & the team. He lets us know when he will be arriving, documents the services & even leaves a short video reviewing everything he treated that day along with a follow up of what to expect for the next service. We have been extremely happy with the service Vinx Pest Control provides & highly recommend them to anyone wanting the same painless process!

Extremely upset with this service. We tried them to control a rodent problem and it was unsuccessful. We decided to move on and cancel our service as we needed a more in depth rodent control solution. My wife tried canceling and they escalated it their upper management. They then offered to send one of their managers to review our setup and advise us. I expressed that I was not interested. They then told me they would give us 2 months of free service to try some "new things" to see if they had a solution. I expressed i was not going to sign on for additional work but if they'd like to try for 2 months to resolve the issue then theyre more than welcome. 2 months has gone by, 1 person checked the traps (no solutions given), 1 follow on call asking how their tech did, and then nothing. Vinx is first class! Tyler came to take care of my termite service to protect my home. My home is from 1956 with all original wood, so pretty important! Tyler was so thorough today. I am so appreciative of people with a strong work ethic. No fooling on April 1. Also thanks to Andrew who administrated my termite contract. Peace of mind for my sweet, gonna live here until I die home here in Greenville, SC.

Never have a problem with Vinx. Every rep that comes out does a great job of treating the property and communicating with us before and after the visit. I wouldn't have another company protecting our property. Thank you Brandon for the great job you did today, and doing exactly what we needed this time around.
