We hired them to tile our bathroom. It took them 7 months. They installed our order at the wrong property, used the wrong tile on the floor, had to reinstall it. Screwed up the tub so badly it had to be torn out and redone completely. They've been here a dozen times and every time they have been hours late or just no-call/no-show. They've shown up with no warning before 6am, stayed until after 9pm without asking. They schedule months out. In the end they did a very poor job. They grouted over the valves on our roman bath hardware, ruining it. $1k for that. They scratched up our jetted tub which had to be fixed. $500 for that. Extremely unprofessional. Very unhappy with the results. It's been so dramatic. My wife and I are just hiring someone else to fix this. They left huge bags of waste

Really loved the work this company did! They were amazing and did a very good job! Very nice and friendly. Good communication and very happy with the final result!

Edit in Response to Val: Talk about honesty, why don't you employ that yourself. My review was very honest. The flaws were not all fixed, we have just settled for awful work. My husband and I have done a substantial amount of tiling ourselves, so we can see all of your errors. The grout was corrected by my husband and pictures have shown that time and time again. Not once in this entire endeavor have you or whoever you sent to our house cleaned 1 tile. You left my house a mess for me to clean up. This project lasted 7 months because of your errors, inability to show up when you said you would show up, and lack of professionalism in even talking to us. I used their cleaning services for a move-out cleaning and I’m very happy with the results. They were able to accommodate me on very short notice.
