This is a company that is exceptional in every way. When I contacted Virginia Deck Works it was to inquire about a leak in our Trex Rain Escape system. It was a disheartening situation for us personally. 4 years earlier we had our Trex Deck built by someone who unfortunately bit off way more than he could chew. In short he made many mistakes and incorrectly installing the Rain Escape system was just the tip of the iceberg. Fast-forward to just a few months ago, phase 2 of our outdoor project included finishing the underside of our deck and installing a wood ceiling with outdoor lights and fans.
