Vision Landscape LLC

I am writing this review to advise against using Vision Landscape and to voice how disappointed my family was with their work during our project last summer. Darren is a great salesman and will promise the world, but when it comes to professional execution, he and his employees are severely lacking. Before we paid the final balance on the project, which he kept pressing us to do, he promised that several things would be completed/fixed as part of his “warranty.” As we should have known, after he received his money, he wouldn’t answer phone calls and did not follow up on several items that needed addressed. System added for comfort and convenience of aging parents 6/18/24. Despite multiple requests for repair / correction, the system has never worked right. The back lawn is now burning up. Photos speak for themselves. This will be updated if the issues are corrected. The photos are from the summer following June installation and April 2025. If the system was “off”, why was the front yard green? If the system was off, the entire place would be burned up. No manual was provided. No instructions. The system is deficient. The service atrocious.

Vision did our entire yard for our new build. Sod, sprinklers, curbing, rock plants and trees. We are so happy with their work, Darin is awesome. He’s very responsive and punctual. Definitely recommend.
