Vital Flooring was prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job installing our new carpeting! I will definitely use them again! Used them again for more carpeting and a fireplace wall update. We couldn’t be happier with the whitewash look! It is awesome and we absolutely love it!

Our floors look great! That's where the positive experience with this company ends. We hired them to install new LVP flooring and a kitchen range hoodvent. From the start, there was a lack of communication on his end. Due to respiratory disease and needing to avoid dust, we got a hotel for the 4-5 days he said he needed to finish our project. That 4-5 days ended up taking over 20 days (to this day, still hasn't completely finished it, but has been paid in full).... Per his request, we purchased a gallon of paint, and he told us to make sure we had it ready to do touch-ups for areas that might get dinged. We emptied out our entire house into the garage to make it easier for them. We brought the crew snacks and beverages daily and would be here promptly in the morning to unlock the door and
