Will Bortheimer and his Ann Arbor VODA cleaning are a phenomena… Will is easily the nicest and most sincere contractor you’re ever going to meet. His crew are right there next to him in the champion’s circle. We had a summer flood which left our large lower floor mildewy and in need of repair. Will analyzed, proposed, and completed a beautiful job which entailed demolition, dry wall installation, new flooring, painting, and repair. Our place looks great. We are grateful to Will and team for an excellent job done.

Voda did an amazing job with my emergency of my sink pouring into my carpeted basement from the ceiling. Will was at my house in 30 minutes from my call and saved me from having to deal with mold or any other issues! Everything was explained super well, cleanup was a breeze, and the price was awesome for such a last second call. It made a super stressful situation for a first time home owner so much less chaotic. In addition to providing water restoration service Will walked me through the insurance claim process. He even took the time to meet with the Allstate inspector and explain to me how the whole process worked. Will and Rylan were professional and treated me with a great deal of respect.
