I sent my civil war letter in dated 1887 in which the paper was yellowed and had some tears and creases in it. I was able to read part of the writing. After she finished with the restoration and sent it to me... The paper was "repaired", but I couldn't read anything. It was like she sent me something back to me then my original letter. I was devastated. When you call her phone number she doesn't answer and it said Art Saving labs. So I believe she took my civil war artifact and sent me something bogus. I tried to call and email to no response. She refunded my money, which wasn't the point. I want my original artwork back!! Do not send her anything by mail. Do not trust that she will give you something better then your original back. Shes a thief !
