We ask them to come check on our heat, took them 3 hours to change the “Filter only” and got charge for $829. Quite expensive but everything working fine. Only disappointed that they should let the customers know about the price before working on it.

We previously had used John to install our AC when we lived in West Chicago, IL. We now live in Arizona and had contacted John again at VP Mechanical and asked his advice as to what would be the best system for replacing our AC. He suggested Lennox heat pumps, Lennox air handlers with electric heat strips. We ordered the equipment from VP Mechanical and had the heat pumps (2) and air handlers (2) installed by our installer in Arizona. We are extremely pleased with the efficiency of the variable heat pumps and air handlers. For the period of April 2018 through August 2018 our electric bill has decreased by 44%. VP Mechanical was very professional in handling our out-of-state request. Service and response times were exceptional and highly recommend this company.

VP has been servicing our Building for years. In 2016 they installed 2 new 40 ton roof top units. Extremely knowledgeable staff! Prompt and Professional!!!
