Horrible dishonest people running this. Carrie seemed to be on the up and up in the beginning. Then we arrived at the hovel she calls a campground. There were broken down cars and trash everywhere. Other residents informed us of how awful she is to deal wirh as the camp manager, we should have listened. She promised us a refund, begging us not to stop payment on a check and now has pulled a disappearing act the likes of which would impress Chris Angel himself. Stear clear of these con artists and save yourself the trouble.

Behind this place and ran by the same owners is a trailer park. We found the place on craigslist and were planning on staying for a few months. When we arrived the spots were unlevel and the lady running the campsites was very insistent that we write her a check for the month. As we were not sure this was the place for us we wanted to pay for a few days to see if we liked it. We ended up writing the check for the month. We did not get a response on several things we were promised would happen, a mailbox, leveling out a site, etc. We decided to leave after a couple days. The lady stated she would refund our money but told us not to cancel our check. We took her at her word, turns out she had no intentions of refunding the money for the remainder of the month.
