I'm having to pay some else to finish the job I was quoted for originally. I had a door hung and Richard offers warranties on his work. I guess the door wasn't under warranty after I asked about it and after a month my door would not shut. I reached back out to ask about having more shaved off the bottom to make sure the door would shut, (when I told him about it I said the tile was uneven and popping up in certain places). Richard told me it wasn't under warranty so there was nothing he was going to do to make it right. I was told it was due to humidity and swelling and he mentioned it was because I didn't want to get a fan installed in the bathroom and I was not confortable with any electric work at the time.
