I am currently in the process with Wallaby Windows and so far I am thrilled with the sales consultant and the owner, Mario Nicoletti. Mario has been straight-forward about the company's vision and the product and feels like someone I can trust. I dealt with multiple companies when looking to upgrade my windows. I received the time consuming "hard sell" with everyone except Wallaby. Kelly did a great job of measuring the job in a quick manner, leaving me all the info I needed about the product, and delivering my quote via email the next day. Megan was exceptional with follow up even though I had to move the install date multiple times due to my travel schedule. The install team did a great job working with a very old house on a very hot day and the install looks great. Would highly recommend to anyone needing doors or windows.

I recently have been in the market looking for new windows, and had done plenty of research on the web. I had gone to the Jacksonville Home and Patio show earlier this month and i was thoroughly impressed by their setup and their team. They were great with greeting me, had quite a lot of information to share and gave great insight and feedback on their company. They answered all my questions on window replacement, that I needed some clarity on.
