I called 2 ask some questions.. now the lady that answered the phone wasn't really nice upon answering the phone.. I started 2 tell her what was goin on in my dads home. She allowed me 2 explain my reason 4 calling jus 2 be nasty about telling me they don't do residential work & hang up the phone.. awesome customer service NOT...
