Walmart Supercenter

I stopped going to this location when I live less than 2 minutes from this location and started going out to Madison so I thought after a year I would try Eastlake out again. Of course they did not disappoint to disappoint. I ordered a bag of spring mix and I am given the most nasty disgusting bag. There is liquid in the bag. Now you know the person that picked this order would not eat that nor give to their children or family member so why would you give that to a customer??? That made my mind up I will never go back to that location. It is obvious that employees do not have any work ethics

Willoughby Walmart is spacious and well-organized. The aisles are clean, shelves are well-stocked, and there’s a great selection of products. Employees are friendly and helpful, making shopping here a pleasant experience.

I like the products, I go to Walmart very often and usually satisfied with everything; however, the last couple experiences I encountered were not so good. Honestly, I felt a few unsetling emotions from embarrassment, degraded, and even ashamed when I did nothing wrong. The police officer on duty approached me when I was at the sco and excused me of taking items because I was at the store for a long time. His voice was loud enough for others around to hear, and stern. When I began to speak he cut me off and threatened that he could arrest me. I felt everyone starring at me and whispering. I offered for him to check my receipt as he walked away, and he said "no." As I was finishing up bagging my items, I couldn't stop dwelling and the more I thought about it, the more angry I got. Everytime i had ever went to the Vine Street Walmart i never had problems getting employees to guide me to the right locations on finding what i needed. But the nicest and best location of a Walmart is in Chardon Ohio!! It is a wonderful store!!!🤩

The lady that was working in the vision center was awesome. She was so patient with my special needs friend. He purchased his glasses and then we shopped. The store was pretty well stocked.
