Walmart Supercenter

I visited the Walmart Money Services counter today and there was a very long line of customers waiting. Only one employee was handling all transactions, and she/he was working sincerely and trying their best, but it was clearly not enough for the amount of customers present. The issue is not the employee — the problem is understaffing. Many customers were waiting for a long time just for basic services like money transfer and bill payments. Management should schedule at least 2–3 associates during busy hours, especially evenings and weekends. This would greatly improve customer experience and reduce frustration. I hope the store management reviews staffing at the Money Services desk and supports their employees better.

i just had a new tire installation at lake park walmart. mrs Nisha n Mr Max was so kind n helpfull. i do appreciate so much for such an awesome help n service i got from them. they were kind, friendly, patient. thank u so much for having a such a great people working for walmart. they r the Bestest. thanks a million again

The worst service my car has ever received. The back door won't open, they destroyed my car's screen by lying down on it, I asked them to rotate the tires and they damaged the rims, and the manager just says it's all lies. Seriously, if you want your car destroyed, come to this place.

Today my friend and I made our annual holiday “Book, Bike and a Ball” shopping spree for quite a few needy families. We took our spreadsheet to a nice gentleman named Doug (at 7:00 am!) to ask for his help. We’ve learned that the more we can save on our purchases, the more children we can provide new bikes (and books and balls). So we needed to find the exact price of EACH bike. He patiently looked up each bike’s price (and taught us how to do it too). Doug was a manager in training and didn’t hesitate to help us, even though there were numerous associates in close proximity who he could have asked to assist us. That patient man spent quite some time ensuring we had the right size bikes for our children ranging in ages from 1-15. He even ensured the tires were properly filled with air and

Walmart glasses center is Such a great place for glasses, the professionalism and care and Timing is very useful if you’re in need of New glasses or a Quick Simpler repair Is guaranteed The place to Visit. Not only that the ladies in there are very nice and Very understanding, especially when it comes to glasses. I thank them So much in my time of need when they have helped me multiple times in my need and I’m super grateful to Have them around.
