Walmart Supercenter

Had the worst customer service experience here on 1/10/26 between 5:30pm-6:30pm, so bad that I would call it degrading. I arrived around 5:30pm to return two items. The customer service area was “shut down,” so I asked two different employees when it would open back up for returns. I was told that someone would be at the desk to help me after their meal break, at 6pm. So I waited 30 minutes, during that time a large line of angry people began to form. Everyone was told “someone will be here at 6pm” by the team leader (a man in all black, who strangely disappeared when people began to get upset), so we all waited. 6pm came and went. Some people left, including a family with a screaming newborn baby. At 6:10pm, another person waiting in line asked the employee at self-checkout when we could

I love their delivery service. I ordered freshly cooked chicken wings and salad for a weekend dinner since I was feeling too tired to cook. Chicken was delivered still warm. I also love that you can have your prescriptions delivered with your groceries to your door step. Very ideal for elderlies. Thank you.

I do a lot of pick up orders. Never had an issue! Even when my order is missing something, they make it right! I think its super nice how they randomly give things out during certain holidays like candies or other small stuff. I like this specific locations pick up service.

Wasn't too bad today. Parking was pretty easy. The store wasn't too crowded so being able to navigate through the store was a plus. Was looking for shipping boxes but it seems they don't have that anymore especially the size we needed. The store seemed pretty clean. The checkout lines were long for some reason with the low amount of people there.

Wow! Nice big store. Very well maintained and clean. Stuff was in the correct place and organized perfectly. Items were not placed in adjacent places just to fill sold out items. So labels were actually correct. That makes it easier to find what you want immediately and accurately. Nice job for a store that has everything. Isles were clear and safer. As always the associates were more than willing to help happily.
