Walmart Supercenter

Had my oil changed 2/8/26 was there at 7am. First of all no one was in automotive, even tho suppose to open at 7a. I asked a worker since three was walking in the door, about help, was told they didn't open until 7, I told him it was after 7. Finally a person showed up too put the cash drawer in, then after the car was suppose to be finished, a worker came in a stated, they didn't have a filter to fit my car that he had looked everywhere. Then after I asked about it a filter appeared. I at this point didn't trust the store. One worker in particular was a smart as walked around like he was someone so I asked if he was a manager and was told no, just a worker. This person has a very bad attitude, an doesn't have manners. I want post his name, this was the most unorganized store

I usually find what I'm looking for and often use the outside pick up when I place an online order. The people that deliver to your vehicle for those online orders are always very prompt and friendly and stack my bags of purchased items very well so they do not roll around on my 25 minute trip back home. The store is always very well stocked. The pharmacy is always prompt and willing to answer any of my concerns or questions. I really don't have any complaints about this store.

Used the wheel cart. And there was 2 different females that came out of isles not looking and ran into me. They didn't even apologize. Then cashier's was sassy about how I wrote my check. Here over 2 hours and could not find what I needed.

Holly in the Self Checkout was super nice and friendly! She definitely deserves a raise.

5 handicap carts, only one with a charge. I hurt my ankle and had to use one. So sad even after telling employees they weren't charged not one employee plugged one in to charge. I really wanted to take pictures of all the empty shelves, but was in a hurry. If you need something from here, you should probably get service that brings it to your car.
