Poor quality control. They replaced the windows on my parent's house a couple years ago. When I repainted the home this summer I had to redo several window seals. Some had their frames rotting. It's clear that they didn't do a proper squeeze out, but merely applied sealant on top (see pictured). The east facing ground level window was missing sealant entirely. Also, one large window routinely fogs up, yet when my parents brought that up they were told "they sometimes do that".

The two guys who cleaned our duct, vents and dryer vent were outstanding. They were thorough, explained the process, were personable and respectful plus they arrived on time and certainly represented Washington Energy with integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend this company and I will call on them again.

Washington Energy Services installed my neighbor's new front door, so I was eager to call them when the time came to remodel my home. First up, I talked to Will at the office who answered my questions and set up the in-person call. Lino took it from there, handled all the measurements, and walked me through all of my design, substrate, hardware, and color options, answering questions at every turn in terms of price and performance. There are a lot of variables that can dramatically affect design and price (handles, locks, hinges), so he explained what these were so I could make a smart decision within my budget. Once we landed on the perfect door and nailed down the estimate, final measurements were made and then we awaited manufacturing. The door came in right on schedule, Will arranged

Great experience. I had an old furnace that was originally installed by them. They were able to repair it and buy me a few more years of furnace life. Much appreciated. Safe and comfortable with Jesus, 4+ hours doing the repair in my home. Transparent and didn’t try to upsell. Felt informed about the decision.
