The customer care is truly something else. It's not an exaggeration to say that it took me longer to cry about the problem than it did for them to swoop in and fix it. Sometimes, your water heater is gonna give up and start slowly leaking and destroy your garage wall, and sometimes, what you hope is just wet dust, actually isn't. And often times, that's gonna be expensive. I made peace with that when I started this adventure. But they must have smelt the desperation and destitution on me because they were so open and willing to work WITH me, not just FOR me. When insurance became an issue, they offered me not just a payment plan, but also a generous discount since I was paying out of pocket, and they immediately got to work. Something I expected to last days, maybe even a week, was settled

Had a small water emergency, these guys and came out after we had the plumbing work done to evaluate and assess. They were prompt, professional and honest. We received an immediate response by telephone from Julia who spoke directly to me. She reassured me that she would have a technician out to my house within a couple of hours to clean up the water leak in my main family bathroom. The technician was able to quickly ascertain that a hidden pipe behind the shower wall was the instigator for the water leak. The water clean up and drying process took several days with frequent monitoring from WA Restorer’s staff. A team came out and handled the demolition in a timely manner so we could begin the repair work promptly. Julia and the team were extremely helpful in working with my homeowner’s insurance company to communicate the level of damage. Mitchell and John are very easy to work with and turned a disaster into a positive experience. They always called before the arrival, they were prompt and courteous. They did a thorough and honest assessment of all the damage caused by a category 3 , toilet back up. Their quick attention to the situation prevented further damage.
