I don't normally leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but after several attempts to reach out with no response, I feel it's important to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Recently, my well stopped pushing out water. The first technician I hired said the pump itself was fine — it just needed a new foot valve and casing. Unfortunately, he couldn't access the work area without removing part of my fence, so I reached out to Water Well Systems LLC for help. Jerry Knotts came out later that evening and quickly told me it wasn't the line but rather the pump that needed replacing. He installed a new pump that night, charging $1,600. I purchased a water softener system from Water Well systems. Jerry came out and looked at what I needed. Gave me a great price on the system and I proceeded with him. Now my water is coming out hard again and is staining my fixtures. When I contacted him about the problem he said whenever he got freed up he would stop by. It’s been weeks now and he has not returned my calls or msgs. The system is only 7 months old. I contacted another company to come look at it and the valve is bad on the softener. It could be warranty out but since I’m not hearing back from Water Well system I’m stuck with it now. Now I have to purchase another softener so my water does not come hard again. Overall good guy, I even recommend him to couple different people and they purchased a system from him as well. B

I am so fortunate to have found Jerry with Water Well Systems! Very professional, helpful and just an all around nice guy! We lost water and I called him at noon and he was at my house by 4:00pm. He quickly pinpointed the issue and solution and we had water again by evening and he even followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. He was extremely reasonable in his pricing and we will most definitely use him again as well as refer him to our friends. Don't waste time calling others - give Jerry a call and you will not be disappointed.

I called at around 1 pm and talked to Jerry. He said he could come later in the afternoon and was here by 5. It didn't take him long to find the problem and remedy the situation...earlier plumber made errors in tank installation. In any case, he did a great job, was reasonably priced and I will contact again if I have any pump issues.

NEW REVIEW 2/2026 WELL Jerry did it again and I am forever grateful. Water pressure was low, thought there was a hole in drop pipe, found out pump has issues that was replaced 1 year ago by Jerry. He replaced it with warranty, no questions asked. If you need someone with more than fair prices and cares about his customers, call Jerry!!! 5/2025 Jerry is awesome. Called at 330, Friday Mother's day weekend. He arrived within an hour and even though the well magically started working once he arrived, he stayed, tested pressure switch amd made sure were no issues. Even said if it stops again to give him a call and he'd be back, no charge. Thank you Jerry!
