I hired Water Works to come and see about a leak in our yard. Was charged $205 and the leak was still there. Tried to call back and never received a return call. When the tech was out, he just complained the entire time about not knowing where the leak is and not knowing what would need to happen when he found it. Later, after I ditched this company, we found the leak in a small part of an irrigation pipe. It is embarassing that the tech missed this. We were able to get it seal with waterproof tape and zipties. $20 fix. Do not waste your money for a rude, complaining tech to come out and the company show no remorse for the poor customer service and complete lack of effort or desire to fix anything. Money grab. Look elsewhere.

WaterWorks installed our front yard irrigation quickly and at a great price. Super responsive to questions throughout (and after the installation) and Eric stopped by personally multiple times, despite having bigger jobs going on. Great experience working with them and highly recommend!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Water Works. They were very professional, respectful and fair. They said they would treat my house and sprinkler system just like it was their own. Water Works has my business for life.

We have used this company on two projects and are very pleased with their job performance and timeliness. They even came back out to insure that the zones were working properly when I had a minor concern- no questions asked. I highly recommend them!

I’ve used this company twice, and both times they’ve done great work! My only negative review is that they please not throw cigarette butts on the ground when they are done smoking. Other than that, they have always done great residential irrigation work!
