Watkins Floor Covering installed a new floor through out my entire house during November 2025 and did an OUSTANDING JOB! Our Sales Representative Kathleen Wilkins is very professinal, respectful and was fantastic in providing us with any updates, answering questions we might of had in the beginning, during and when the job was complete. We are SO happy with the work we received. John was incredible; he was very kind, personable, and did a wonderful job communicating throughout the whole process. He is amazing! The installation was perfect. I feel like I have an entirely new home. We had the “warm almond” carpet installed and it is absolutely seamless. My dad was visiting during the installation and said it was the cleanest work he’s ever seen. So happy, thank you!

This carpet replacement experience was a first for our family and I have to say it was tremendous from beginning to end. The sales rep had us dialed in on the perfect choice for our space within, I kid you not, 15 minutes! We left the store with smiles on our faces under 30 minutes from arrival. The install team, a father and son, were incredible as well. They were so nice, respected our space, and brought some serious skill and quality in the finished install. We will be recommending them to anyone we know in the market for floor coverings in Onslow county.

I can't say enough good things about Watkins flooring. All the way from the moment I walked in the showroom and met nice and so friendly John and he helped my husband and I pick out carpeting for our three bedrooms. He even helped me through the 0% financing I did over their computer. They gave us the day we requested for installation. Then when we met George and Leslie they were so nice friendly and most importantly fast and did such an amazing professional job on our three rooms of carpet along with our beautiful new transition strips. The price was even really affordable especially with the 0% financing. We look forward to having our kitchen done in the near future and will request John, George and Leslie again.
