I just called Guy on the phone had a very bad attitude asked him if he had a part in stock gave him a part number not even a second later. Nope don’t have that pardon stock. You didn’t even look that fast. Terrible place to call.

Webb is a great place to get hvac supplies. Scott, Evan, and Anthony are very knowledgeable and helpful and will recommend them to other contractors.

If your working on old stuff give them a try. It took me 7 location hearing "sorry dont carry that item" for the part I needed on my Ducane.

The guys working behind your counter are not consumer friendly. This isn't the first time I've experienced this rudeness. Customer service should be a top priority.
