Used Weed Man for the past 10 years. First 8 years were great. Professional staff and kept my Pallisades Zoysia looking great. When there was a potential problem area, they were proactive in order to keep my lawn looking good. But something changed 2 years ago. For the past 2 years I’ve had major dead patches in my yard like never before. And I had to bring it up to them. Their response was soil testing and disease prevention (extra cost). I already pay a premium for them to keep my grass looking good and for proactive communication when something doesn’t look right. In the end, I’ve decided to find someone else to keep my lawn healthy. They did follow up with a phone call when I cancelled my service- promising to do whatever it takes to keep my business.
