Werkheiser Painting & Roofing

We had our kitchen cabinets stripped and painted. The end result was amazing. It looks like we put in new cabinets! The painters did the most professional job I have ever seen and they were a pleasure to work with as well. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Stay away at all costs - came out to "fix" leak on my roof in two places, still leaks two days later in same exact places after charging me $1600, which I paid honoring they'd at least come back out and fix. I left 3 voicemails with secretary, poor lady kept apologizing, but Doug never called me back. You want someone who doesn't stand behind their work, or returns 3 calls, or honors the work they did - call Werkheiser. You want quality of work, go to ARM Roofing, HIGHLY recommend them - they fixed in one shot what Werkheiser failed to do, never complaining about "I need a new roof"... ARM Roofing showed me pictures of everything Werkheser roofers neglected - huge holes in my roof. Lesson learned, hope my experience saves you money and aggravation as homeowners.

Cannot comment on the quality of their work. We had their estimator come and he told us ours would be a $50,000 roof redo. He promised an written estimate in 1-2 weeks but it never arrived. A followup call was ignored. Ended up feeling their disrespect. We did find another roofer who did a very good job for half the price.

Called twice and had the fortune of speaking to the rudest lady on the phone. Previous homeowner had used them and was looking to understand the work that was done and have them come out. They never called back and was upset I called a second time later in the week to see if I could speak to someone.

Werkheiser did excellent work repairing our roof damage. Doug came out to our house to do the original assessment, and he is so knowledgeable and honest, full of helpful tips and advice. We appreciate Werkheiser and recommend them wholeheartedly!
