Mike was excellent. He was clear in his communication and completed the task quickly and efficiently. He was trustworthy and considerate. He gave me a quick estimate for another job and promised to give me a more detailed quote, and his work in my garage was spotless. In addition, it's a good deal! Werners Electrical Services will undoubtedly be hired, and if he is available, I will request him!

I am so happy that I made the decision to choose Werners Electrical Services as my helper. Steve and his co-worker have all my needs and requests done in a fast and proper way. Electrical issues were diagnosed in a very short time and got them resolved within one hour. Actually I also got quotes from them and they sent me pretty fair costs with a short waiting availability. I will definitely give my business to them!

Did a good job of finding our electrical issues and made the repair quickly, the electrician was friendly for the 2-3 minutes we spoke.. But for the 8-10 total minutes they were there $119 show up fee plus the $300+ repair fee which turned out to just be some loose wires they tightened seemed like a lot to pay. More than likely unless completely desperate I would not be reaching out again. Not to mention that I had also scheduled a plummer to come out at the same time frame who never showed and when I called 1.5 hours past the window I was told they couldn't get to me for another 4 days. Not acceptable when I already had the appointment.

I was in a bind after another electrician canceled on me and needed work done the same day. Werners Electrical Services sent someone out within 2 hours of me calling. Steve showed up - was very professional and got the job done. I will definitely use them in the future.

Very expensive! You are not hiring this company to do the work, they refer you out to an independent, so you pay the electrician plus a fee to Werners. They do not tell you this upfront. The $225 fee is just to come to your home but they try and get you to pay this upfront on the phone and now I know why. When the guy gets there and gives you a quote, you want to tell them to get off your property. The address they give you (4903 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034) is not a legit address. What they are doing is gaming "Google Business" with a bunch of bogus addresses to pull up in local areas.
