I wasn't sure what to expect based on reviews but when getting estimates they were one of a handful that works with the brand of flooring the previous owners had put down through half the house and we wanted to match in the remaining rooms. Every interaction we had with them was great. Mark took his time on the estimate making sure to note where I wanted the flooring to connect and flow from room to room (while other companies said they wouldn't even try). Jackie was great to deal with on the phone through every call. In the end, they couldn't get my laminate planks from their supplier (discontinued) but I'd found it online and they offered to install it if we could get it. They worked us into their schedule and the team arrived the day after my flooring and they were so fast! We had them

hands down BEST service!! We had an emergency when we bought a house that was completely saturated in dog pee. Jackie came to the rescue and helped us with zero hesitation. So quick and easy to work with and treated us like she has known us for forever!! They have my life long recommendation

Mark and his team did a wonderful job for us. We had gone to one of the big box stores and they let us down by not showing up. We were on a tight time line and when my wife went to the store Mark was great and said how can we help. He followed her home to measure and two day later the carpet was installed. Yes the crew that installed was a contract crew but they were top notch. We could not ask for better service than we received. They were on top of things and Jackie notified us as things progressed. They are above 5 star for us.

We have attempted multiple times at different times of the year to get a call back from Jackie. Another customer for Wheat's.
