West Patrick Street Garage

This garage has six levels of parking. It is adjacent to the City Annex building. The entrance of the garage is 7' 1" which has the highest entrance along with the All Saints Street garage. The other three city garage heights are shorter. I find this garage to be the best place to park if you are going to the courthouse. It never gets full. I also use it for anytime I'm downtown. It's a two lane interior garage and has EV stations and lots of available parking spaces especially on the higher levels. There are four elevators. Two at each end of the garage. The back end of the garage puts you right on Carroll Creek pretty much at the middle. You go left to downtown or right to Baker Park at the bandshell and bell tower area. The cost for the garage is the same as the others, $1.00/hour. Also

Good place to park if you don't want to do street parking. It's easier to find spots on nights and weekends than the more central garages. Close to Frederick Social and South Mtn Creamery.

Easy in and out, just a block from downtown…

when there is room to park, this is a great garage. its got an elevator and stairs. usually has spots open.
