Company was hired by my landlord, but Miss Stephanie (secretary) took the time to make sure that I was just as informed as he was. These guys make sure the problem is under control! The owner is very professional and personable and explained their protocol very thoroughly. Definitely recommend!!!

Secretary argued with me over the phone, bad customer service. I woke up to 2 guys at my door ready to do a job the company quoted. I NEVER AGREED TO THE QUOTE OR SETUP A FOLLOWUP APPOINTMENT. One of them at my door was visibly upset and said this happens to them often, but it was people making appointments to do work and then cancelling when they show up to do the job, insinuating we didn't have enough money. I explained I never set this appointment up, there must have been a misunderstanding on the phone. He told me his daughter set up the appointment and she wouldn't lie. I get that they drove a while and are upset, but you don't blame the customer. I called the office to clarify what had happened and the secretary started to argue with me claiming that I did set up an appointment.

I called after finding a huge Brown Recluse in my house and this company was Very attentive and so accommodating. Very reasonable as well. We are excited to to use their services
