Westala Electric

I wish I could leave a zero. Westala started my electrical on my new house and got paid a substantial amount. When it came to completing the job, John, their electrician told me he would be back the following week. He didnt show up, wouldn't return 5 calls and 1 text. We had to get another electrician to complete the job he refused to complete. I also left 4 messages over the weekend about some materials he took back with him that we paid for. They brought the materials the next week. Now today, I called to ask John where he installed the doorbell transformer, no response from anybody there. I will not EVER hire them again.

Owner seems to be a standup guy and stands behind his work. Will definitely use in the future if needed. He's busy so be patient. Wired the house I built, and he installed a transfer switch for a generator.

I had Westala install several new direct 20amp outlets at my office for my shop repair and installed a new light switch for my office. Even when they ran into an issue outside of their control they saw the job through and kept me updated on the progress. At my house they also installed a new outlet for an electric fireplace in our bedroom. Their employees were very professional and friendly on both jobs.

Just want everyone to know that Westala is the best!!! I had a smoke detector that DIED, yes they die and for 6 days I heard nothing but BEEP, BEEP, BEEP....Called Mike at Westala Electric and set an appt. Mike came earlier then I expected and was so thankful that bloody noise is no longer beeping. I will use them again. Thanks a million Mike......

Chris was fantastic. I contacted WestAla Electric this morning and before lunch he was here to help us! We had lightning run into our home and blow some electronics and fried a gfi outlet. He was informative and spoke with us about installing a “whole house power surge protector” into the breaker panel. What an amazing idea! All builders should install these. I believe Chris even owns the company yet he came out personally to get us out of a pickle. Thanks Chris! HRd to find customer service like this in today’s world.
