This is owned by SPPlus parking. Their employees are rude and hostile. To anyone reading this: please join us in petitioning the County to have this vendor replaced. Feel free to file a complaint on their corporate website.

The airport announcers do not speak in a clear, slow voice. They rush through each message like an auctioneer selling cattle. No one understands the messages. Please slow down. Otherwise the rest of facility’s are very good and the small airport access is great.

Always a nightmare. The long term lot is usually full even if you have a reservation, and then you're redirected to the main garage or left to guess what to do. But you can't leave the main garage using the QR code from your long term reservation, so you end up trapped at the gate arguing with someone in a distant call center who insists on you paying the full main garage rate. The reservation tickets have no info on what to do or who to contact if things go wrong. The last thing you want before a flight is to drive around trying to figure out what the hell to do with your car, and the last think you want after a flight is to be held hostage in the parking garage. Just shocking mismanagement. "Fully automated" is such a joke. Just put human beings in the booths again!

Each level has no entrance to the next level. You literally have to circle entire airport to get to the next level And 4.85 per half hour is insane!
