Westchester Rug Cleaner

0 stars. I called to speak to a manger about something very important. And this young lady I called. Hung up on me all rudely and I called 5 times. Just ridiculous and horrible service already. I do not want them cleaning my rug I know that. Not spending my money on rude customer service. People who don’t like their jobs or like doing it helping people. Shouldn’t even be hired. Ridiculous.

I booked them for Moroccan rug cleaning and flatweave restoration. They provided a free estimate, explained the process, and moved my couch and table to get to the rugs. They rolled everything neatly and took it for cleaning. When the rugs came back, I was shocked at how clean they were. They helped me place each one exactly where it belonged. Couldn’t be happier!

Super easy to make an appointment since they respond really fast. Mike came in to clean my bedroom’s carpets. He was extremely professional and I can say that he is hard-working. He did an amazing job and completely exceeded my expectations. The quote was reasonable so I will be calling them again for my living room carpets.

Classic bait and switch. Quoted $195 over the phone for an area rug having provided dimensions. Guy arrives and gets his boss on the phone to tries to upsell me. When I stick to the original request he now says price is over $700. Asked him to leave immediately.

I noticed that my wool rug had been damaged throughout the years by bugs and it was in need of repair, so I availed of this company’s reweaving service and now my wool rug is in excellent condition! I will definitely be using them again in the future.
