The tree trimming is done & done very well! I spoke with them in the beginning of the trimming to make sure we were on the same page for what was needed. The gentleman I spoke with was so nice and did adjust his trimming for all the other trees. Thank you for a job well done by your crew. This is why we continue to go to Westside Forestry for this. We have so very many trees on the property. . Unfortunately, we need to budget for these improvements. As our budget allows, we will be slowly doing more. Again, please thank your crew for a job well done & great clean-up.

Prompt estimate appointment. Great price. The crew showed up on time and worked hard. They cut back a huge Willow growing from my neighbors yard over the electric line going to my house. I am very happy with the work they did and the clean-up was fantastic. I would recommend them to any friends or family that need tree work.

No personal appointments to explain what I wanted done . Person in office was disrespectful had no information ,needed to track down arborist. Just to tell when they eere coming to do work. Told me six weeks . Nothing for six weeks I called and they said they were backed up and didnt know when they could make it . Awful experience from a miserable office manager

Very rude driver in a red Ford f150 king ranch edition; swerved into my lane to cut me off in order to get around another driver today. Would never use this company. If they drive this unsafe, I can only imagine how unsafe their work would be.

I hope this saves someone some time. They came recommended and i was interested in getting a maintenance plan estimated as well as walkthrough on what i wanted removed on 5 trees. I was informed they do not make appointments. I asked how they would really understand my concerns and how i would feel comfortable that their plant health care person was credible. I was told they would make an appointment for me, but i would have to pay 75$ for an estimate if i was meeting someone. I explained I want to meet someone if i am going to have a business relationship that costs in the thousands of dollars. They said they were very busy and didn't have time to meet with clients. I would recommend other qualified Plan Health Care companies for this reason. There are really good ones in the area
