Deteriorating downtown parking garage with unsafe conditions, both structural and the presence / level of crime within. Multiple recent arrests onsite. Daily pot smokers & drinkers onsite in stairwells. Homeless living onsite in multiple stairwells and parking levels. Needs serious attention immediately, “Broken Windows” theory in full effect

The escalator has been broken for 6 years (not exaggerating!!) and now the 4 button doesn't work on the elevator. If you park at 4, you'll need to walk down the closed off escalator to reach your car, or keep getting in a new elevator. Prices keep going up, and this is the condition of the garage we pay for?! I can assume this garage is violating codes! It's really a disgrace and feels very unsafe!

The parking in the garages are very unsafe they could fall down on you

You think your car is locked, think again! Car was locked but was watched by someone that has a device to copy & or pick up your info & your car is robbed & like the people I was with we didn't look or notice because we was on two day event, you come back & beep beep car unlocks like normal. So now when you do realize it your told by city limit parking garage your reporting it late, what a joke at best say you will alert your many daily weekly & monthly customers. Note cameras are only at entrance & by elevators. Do better when people are paying their honest dollar, all the way F

I used to think this garage was actually a decent place to park my car, however, my opinion has completely changed. I think that the lower levels are actually fairly decent, the only thing I could say negative here is that the cars that go through the garage speed all too much. With that said, I do understand that is more of an individual problem versus the actual garage, but maybe some precautions could be put in place to reduce the amount of reckless drivers. Next, if you park on levels 5 + then you'll notice there is a small population of homeless people, just hanging out. Not only are they hanging out in the actual garage, but they are also sometimes camped out by the elevators. They usually aren't causing any harm, but it is seriously a concern and should be addressed. The atmosphere
