I called to get some basic information, and Jay the manager was unwilling to help and was actually quite rude. I’m Not sure why this company would have him in a customer facing position.

Great wholesale supplier. They stock a lot of products and are even open on Saturday but check the hours before you go. Must be a licensed contractor to shop here. Great staff, very nice and helpful.

Tried to purchase a piece of duct work from you but you would not sell it because I am not a licensed mechanical contractor. I am a licensed builder. Remember you drove me away. I went to Amazon got a better fitting for less money delivered to my doorstep. You did it once before when I tried to buy a house full of register covers. I am not trying to buy a furnace. Don't cry or say that Amazon ran you out of business. You did it to your self.
