John was exceedingly helpful in finding if a new compressor had been shipped. He was kind and understanding which was really appreciated.

Always top notch service from Kingswell. Counter Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and Helpful. Customer Service Reps are Friendly with each call. Usually they have everything we need in stock... Occasionally, parts have to be ordered, but that is the nature of the industry. They are always clear and give realistic time frames.

I bought a mini split Innovair brand and I had problems since we installed it. The technician came more than 7 times to fix it but he never found the problem. Every time I called to report it they didn’t help me. They send me to speak every time with different person. They didn’t want to replace the mini split and the problem is from the manufacture. Innovair is the worst company. Bad service. And kingswell didn’t help at all. If we buy a product we have a guarantee!!! Stop selling trash!!!
