Sharing a review so others aren’t lured by the 5 star reviews. We hired Willow Street and had them come out for service on 4 separate occasions. First time, they left blue paint splattered all over our driveway, and claimed that was to mark for weeds. Second time, they were supposed to mow but only used an edger and left untidy clippings all over the lawn. Third time, they came out to finally mow, but came out at 8:30-9PM at night, disrupting our family and neighbors. It was too dark to even see outside, and they left the grass entirely uneven. On top of all of this, it’s clear they outsource everything. Phone reps don’t know timing and can’t provide contact info for service providers and are overall unhelpful.
