Charlie, at the store was very friendly & knowledgable. Install was completed in 4 hours for 3 bed rooms, hall & large living room! The two gentlemen who did the install were fast & very sweet guys. They did a great job & cleaned up after. They even took up the old flooring & stacked it nicely on our porch for easy removal. We are very happy with our new carpet & would recommend & hire them again.

Do not use this company. We purchased flooring and installation from this company as they were recommended by a coworker. The product was thin and cheap. We complained when it started buckling up and separating. They came back out and reinstalled some of it. Started doing the same thing. The company informed us that maybe hard wood flooring wasn’t for us. Supposedly the product comes with a warranty but I think that it must be a scam.

Greg was great from the start. Cheapest quote I found, he stayed in touch and even though we had one small hiccup in the process, he rectified it within the hour. Installers were here within 2 days and I love the job they did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have absolutely scammed my 68 yr old mother out of hundreds of dollars, and now the original quote the owner gave her has suddenly disappeared. One of the employees even told her that he’s too old to be handling the business and should have never been the only one at the counter. And Barbara, disgusting human being. Screaming “she’s not getting another dime” while my mother is trying to help from someone else. One bedroom of carpet and the removal of carpet on stairs, (charged double for the time they were actually there,) and it was almost $2000. They admit they messed up and won’t make it right. When we try to follow up and come to a solution Barbara hangs up. Terribly run business. We have obtained an attorney.

New house that needed all new flooring. $20,000 later and we still need new flooring! The experience we had with this place was an absolute nightmare. I will write about a few that stand out, but know there was WAY more than documented here! The first two subcontractors they sent were never on time, didn't show or only stayed for an hour. Taking off work for this type of service is infuriating. Those subcontractors installed our carpet and I asked if they were doing our hardwoods too.
