I highly recommend Windowrama. Allie is on the customer service team. She has been diligent, helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with a hairline crack on my portrait window. She facilitated warranty with United and followed through with the entire process. Allie is an asset to Windowrama and I truly thank her for her expertise.

I had a very reasonable written estimate provided to me from Windowrama in Franklin Square in July for a door and a storm door combination in Lynbrook. The next day, the salesman called and said that he made an error and the price was now 64% higher. This was NOT put in writing. Phone calls to the regional sales manager were not returned. I am filing complaints with Nassau County Consumer Affairs Office the NYS Attorney General. I would strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere.

Jeff chaplar is one of the most professional and great asset to Windowrama. Every issue that i have had he has always been very helpful. Will be doing two more doors with this company in the fall. The whole staff you are in contact with professional and courteous.

Windorama was convienet and flexible with making an appointment to have a sales rep come to the house to show us the available replacement windows and options for our home. Once the windows were ordered, the windowrama contractor came to confirm measurements for the windows. This ensures the salesman measured accurately before they make the windows. We awaited instalation day which went smoothly as the installers replaced the windows and finished the outside trim and and interior molding. Jeff Chaplar was assigned to oversee the installers and be our liason with windowrama. The installers were professional, clean and courteous. They removed all the old windows and the door and cleaned up inside and outside. Jeff followed up after the instalation to make sure we were happy and the work
