I don't know about you, but I need GUIDANCE when selecting new windows and doors. Both Justin and Lars have been most helpful. They know their products well, and are direct in their answers. We haven't seen people who know their business as well as these guys do in a long time. Thank you Lars! Thank you Justin!

We got a new front door and also new windows in our garage (the only windows in our house that had not yet been replaced). The door was the big item and we are very pleased with the result, especially the cheerful follow-up service to make some minor adjustments.

I had a very disappointing experience with WindowRama in Orange, Connecticut that began in early March. They delivered a scratched door — twice — and told me I could install one temporarily while they reordered the slab. During that time, I was told by their salesperson I could change the door style, and I have emails confirming this. Later, they refused to honor that agreement and only offered to cover 50% of the cost, leaving me to pay for installation. After weeks of back and forth, I had no choice but to file formal complaints with the BBB and the CT Department of Consumer Protection.
