I have a brand new home, since the cold started the heater did work for a bit but then started to throw a error messages and we ended up not having heat at night….and we have taken pictures of the error message five people have came out….and they cannot figure out anything even with the error code telling them what could be the problem… then they send a guy named will sim… the same guy that was trying to charge us and then said oh no I wasn’t going to charge you…so was he just trying to see if we paid… this is a brand new home….. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated…getting sick literally….and then after I asked not to send that guy again they send him and he has the nerve to tell me what I can and can’t do in my own house….like seriously…how would you feel if you didn’t have heat and

We have never had a maintenance service on our furnace as I was never wanted to feel like I was being sold service and equipment that I didn’t need. That has changed with Winters Heating and Cooling. I don’t feel pressured to by additional service offerings. The team is great to work with and easy to schedule. I was notified ahead of time on arrival (which is great to plan for with the current work environment) and I even received a picture of the person coming to my house to so I had a friendly face to put with the company. I have never seen this before and definitely makes answering the door for my wife and I more comfortable. The process was quick and concise. I even received pictures of different areas of my furnace of things they noticed or found. I am glad I am on the maintenance

I give Winter’s Heating and Cooling 5 stars! They are so helpful and timely. Appointment time was from 12-2 and the tech showed up right at noon. Super friendly and explained everything he was doing and wasn’t just out there to make an ‘additional sale’ by saying my furnace needs this or that. I really appreciated the work he put into my furnace while also taking the time to replace my thermostat back to a regular one from the Nest and explaining why my most recent bill had skyrocketed. All in all, Winters is a great company to work with! 😊

After struggling with my home warranty for a week, I was able to call Winters and have my AC serviced the same day. Aaron, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He explained what repairs my AC needed and why he recommended those specific repairs. He didn’t recommend parts just to make a sale. As a first time home owner, I highly recommend Winters. They will be completely transparent with you and do whatever they can to meet your needs in a timely fashion.

I was able to get scheduled right away for a date and time that worked around my schedule. Then an email and text were sent to me within minutes confirming the appointment and then again the day before the appointment as my reminder. The day of, I again received an email and a detailed text with the technicians picture and short bio so I knew who would be coming to the house. The technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. They made sure to answer any questions that I had and took the time to address any concerns as well. Will definitely be using them again in the future! Great team they’ve set up!
