I needed to add some outlets to the house and garage, so first called one of the contractors I'd used previously, then called WireNuts based on their reviews to get a comparison bid. I was very pleased with both Donnie's attitude and professionalism and with the quote when he finished -- less than 1/2 of the other local company. After some more checking, I had Donnie come back to do the installation. Both for the initial estimate and for the install, Donnie was here exactly on time, friendly and professional at all times, and made sure he didn't leave a mess behind when he left. I am very pleased with the service from the initial phone call to the "job complete."

I had a major issue with lights flashing in the kitchen and bathroom. The home warranty company connected us to WireNuts and I'm so glad they did. Donnie was able to identify and fix the issue (a loose connection in the bathroom). I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs. He was very kind and respectful & I even left him at the house so I could quickly run to pick my son up from school.

The electrician, Donnie, was very prompt, professional, polite, and friendly. He provided excellent service as he diagnosed my faulty outlet and was completely transparent throughout the process. Donnie from Wirenuts is an excellent electrician. He went into the hot attic to get my attic fan fixed. Took pictures and video to show me the fan worked. He is also knowledgeable on smoke detectors and other electrical issues. He took time to check out my recess lights and smoke detectors after fixing the attic fan. He shared his knowledge on what type of light bulbs should be used and gave me advise on choices of smoke detectors. In the end, he helped to tighten the recess light casing and even an air conditioning vent covers which has nothing to do with this service call. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - the best experience I had since I took the home warranty company. Make sure you ask for Donnie!

Donnie Starr was the technician who came to my house to repair my ceiling fan which was not working at all. From the moment he came in, he was friendly and courteous. I showed him the problem and he got his ladder and fixed the problem within half an hour. He then explained what the problem had been and what he had done to fix it, which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Wirenuts to anyone having an electrical problem and, if you are really lucky, you might get friendly, courteous - and very competent - Donnie Starr as your technician.
