Wise Tree Services & Landscaping

We were just amazed at how hard Shawn Wise and his team worked on the 6 trees we had to have removed. One was a large oak tree that was probably 100ft tall and right next to our house. The team surgically removed all the trees using a combination of a lift truck, dump trucks, bobcat, ropes and pulleys and lots of chain saws. They arrived on time and work hard all day and were courteous and respectful. The even did some extra work we asked at no extra charge. They cleaned up afterwards and left us with a big smile!

This was a great company to deal with. Mr wise was very professional in that I needed a tree that fell on my house removed fast so I could get my power restored (( on a Saturday)) They were there fast and got it cleared enough for power people to fix my damaged line and returned in Mon to complete the removal of a 200 ft tree. Everyone from Mr Wise to all workers were very professional and friendly during the process and when they left they had cleaned up practically all of the debris plus put a tarp on my damaged roof. I will point out they are not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for and the work was exceptional. Mr Wise even called a couple times to assure I was ok and things were being done to my satisfaction I would recommend this company to anyone needing tree service

Wind took down several trees in mid December 2022. Called Wise Landscaping to come out for an estimate. Said they will be out Monday. That was about 2 months ago and they haven't shown up yet. No call back either. We finally got someone else to remove the trees. My wife talked to Shawn a few weeks ago about having some stumps grinded or removed. Due to difficulty in getting anyone to do what they say they will do in the tree removal business, she decided to try Wise for stump grinding. Shawn said he would come give an estimate. Weeks later and not even a phone call. We have used this company in the past and was satisfied with their work, but we will never call them again as this company, unfortunately like a lot of other companies, cannot be depended upon to communicate with potential cust

Due to severe weather, our home has severe damage and a huge tree on top of it as well as a jungle of downed trees. Wise was right there to take care of the removal and had to get a huge crane. They have done quite a few tree removals for us and I would use them every time. Their crew is great! Always professional and very friendly. Will use them again.

I’d love to say I’m a happy customer. However, poor communication is the only thing I can say about Wise. First, I try to get a quote, and Older Mr. Wise replied. He said 6pm, so I cancelled my afternoon ride for it, and there was a no-show and no response. I ride over there when I see Mr.Wise’s son. He gave me a price, said a few weeks. I sent a few texts (he mentioned he preferred it) after a few weeks, and no response). He comes over with no call while I’m a work, and said he’s going to squeeze it in Friday. Alright, I’ll bite, and I have the money ready. He didn’t show, didn’t reply to texts or calls, and here I am left without a stump ground, landscaping and trees trimmed.
