I was working in DC and parked my car on the street as I have been doing for quite some time with no issues, and out of the blue in the middle of the day I was told by one of my coworkers that there’s Concrete all over my car… I go outside and see workers of WM Enterprise right behind my car with a large square cut out that was cut with a saw that flung concrete and rocks all over my car; They were too stupid to simply put a plastic cover over the back of my car and pointed the saw in the direction so the debris flies at my car on purpose… They never had no “Do Not Park Signs” up or any warning suggesting they were going to be working there and I complained to one of the workers who than put up the sign after I complained and played stupid.
