Wolfe Safe & Lock

I visited Wolfe Safe & Lock to have a replacement key made after my original broke in half. I had both pieces, which meant it was entirely possible to duplicate. However, instead of doing the job, the locksmith lazily claimed they didn’t have the "key mold" for it. That excuse makes no sense—any real locksmith (or even someone with basic experience in key cutting) knows that as long as the blank fits the lock, the grooves can be duplicated onto it, even if the replacement key is slightly longer. I've personally done this when I worked in home improvement stores with far more basic machines than what a full-service locksmith should have. On top of that, he made an unnecessary remark about the key being "cheap" and "made in China"—as if that had anything to do with the ability to cut a new

These guys are GREAT!!! I brought my safe in to see if they could get it open. I was leaving for Jamaica and my passport was stuck inside. Jake was able to not only get it open but also cut me 2 keys. He also helped me get it in and out of my car as well. They were beyond affordable and I was there less then 40mins. Got 2 keys made at a machine. Neither worked. Got one at a store. Didn't work. Got 2 at Wolfe.. TA DAAAA. Both perfect. Don't know why I didn't use Wolfe first like I usually do. Others were closer I guess but it's worth the drive to get the best.

Needed a new Schlage lockset/knob keyed to my current keys. The gentleman behind the counter was absolutely awesome. Not only did he adjust the lockset to fit my existing key, he gave me super helpful instructions for installation. It was all done within about 10 minutes. Top notch service.
